Drawing Alley, Brooklyn
I was commissioned by Madison Realty Capital to create a temporary, city-block-long community mural in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Drawing from years of sketchbooks made in the surrounding neighbourhood(my studio is just a short walk away) I transformed everyday observations into a single, expansive painting. The mural was conceived as a giant Snakes and Ladders–style board, inviting children and families to move through it, play with it, and linger. Designed to be interactive, it includes dedicated areas for chalk drawings, allowing kids to add their own marks and record their own observations alongside the artwork.
